Just wow. This place has AMAZING Chinese food. Just outright delicious and just a great experience overall. Ordered takeout and have to say, I'm genuinely surprised as I am very picky when it comes to ordering Chinese food. After experiencing their food, I genuinely enjoyed every bit of it and wish I ordered more to take home. Service was quick to order from. They even hooked us up with extra stuff that I did not ask for and I am grateful for that. If I'm ever in Jersey City again, I will definitely order from this lace again 10/10
Ok this is my second time ordering from here and I can honestly say this is one of the best Chinese I've had in a while! I asked them for spicy and they made everything just how I like it! Good portions for a good price, definitely recommend ordering from here. Will definitely order again.
Hunan House 1 is such an unassuming but, if you're looking for your typical Chinese takeout and want to ensure that the flavors and portion sizes are consistent, this is a great go to spot that always delivers consistent flavors, portions and works fast to churn out food fast. My go to order here is always their crab rangoons, garlic chicken, pork fried rice and lo mein and their spare ribs are solid. Their beef and broccoli is also solid if you want to shake up your proteins. Even their shrimp/seafood dishes are solid and can't be argued with. Honestly, whatever you're looking for, this place will make it happen, fast, and affordably for this area.
